It s one thing to say we are going to do evidence-based medicine， we are going to do comprehensive， continuous medicine， but if you don t have a payment structure that INCENTIVIZE that. Then it might not happen. Just to be practical.

CN-Healthcare.com： Now that it is nineteen years old. Does Beijing United Family Hospital resemble a child to you？

李碧菁：你生孩子的时辰，只要一个伙伴，就是丈夫，而你是孩子的母亲。可是，开办企业，则是整个团队，许多人都支付了心力。他们也是怙恃。

Lipson： When you birth a child， you only have one major partner， the husband， while you are the mother of the child. But to birth an enterprise， it is a whole team， a lot of people that put their heart into it. They were also the parent.

CN-Healthcare.com： How does it feel seeing this child growing up healthy and eventful？
